The Foundation is honored to announce the WZQ team of Tongji University won the Gold Award of the Public Welfare Team in the Shanghai Social Organization Public Welfare Entrepreneurship Competition!

Introduction to the competition

The 2022 (4th) Shanghai Social Organization Public Welfare Entrepreneurship Competition was guided by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. The competition was held at the end of September for the preliminary road show. After the evaluation, 9 social organizations and 9 public welfare teams were selected from the 88 social organizations and 119 public welfare teams to enter the final. 

The WZQ  team of Tongji University has overcome difficulties all the way, from the idea proposed by the instructor Jiang Xu, the drafting of the business plan to the final roadshow, with its enthusiasm for public welfare and rich project experience, it stood out from many excellent teams and won the gold medal!

Project Description

The project plans to use the platform of Tongji University to open up cooperation with wind power companies. The proceeds are used for rural projects. At the same time, it integrates various resources, promotes the public welfare model and the Wind Leaf project with the help of friendly schools and market forces.

Since 2012, the WZQ team of Tongji University has continued to go deep into the countryside to carry out public welfare projects. In ten years, a total of 12 projects have been completed and the seeds of public welfare have been sown. Here, the Foundation congratulates the WZQ team of Tongji University again for winning the Gold Award!
