The Lantian Theater is very important to the local villagers. In addition to performing traditional operas on the stage, local villagers also use it to hold village meetings, festivals and so on.

In July this year, when the epidemic situation stabilized a little, the WZQ team from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology and Xi'an Jiaotong University took the time to visit the Lantian Theater to learn about the use of the theater.

The team said: understand that the real design must meet the premise of certain functions, practicality, economy and beauty, but also must adapt to the local culture and customs.

The student teams have already returned to school. Under the academic pressure, they still have to sort out the materials and make the project plan for the second phase of the Lantian Theater Project.
