Construction Site Clearance - May-July 2021

• Level the construction site
• Coordinate with the government power department to remove poles, lights and other installations on the site for construction
   

  
Project Construction Inspection - March 27-29, 2021

• After confirming the construction engineering company, the team entered the village to conduct technical exchanges with the construction team and explained the ideas of the design
• Team checks on construction site preparation progress
• Communicate with the village committee to understand the project progress and construction arrangements
   

Field Geological Survey - November 17-19, 2020

• Before construction, hire a local engineering company to conduct geological survey of the construction site to ensure the feasibility and safety of the construction

The Second Investigation - October 25-29, 2019

• The team discusses the design plan with the village committee and conducts a more comprehensive site survey to test the feasibility of the preliminary design
• Further collection of site data to refine design details
• Discuss with the village committee and the local construction team about specific construction arrangements
• Investigate the building materials market and related logistical arrangements
